The board allows pool parties with a fee of $50 and a refundable deposit of $100 to be pre-approved prior to your party. Click here for the Pool Rental Agreement.

The Preston View Homeowner's Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation located in Plano, TX. We are a community that exists to maintain or increase the aesthetic beauty and property value within our development. The association was established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the Declaration.
