New access for the Preston View Pool
Dear Preston View HOA Owners and Residents,
We are excited to announce that the new BRIVO Mobile Pass Pool Access System is officially live.
Required Documents can be found on the THA Management website.
Please complete and return by email the following:
Completed Pool Registration Form
Signed Pool Rules Acknowledgement Form
Completed BRIVO Mobile Pass Registration Information
Please email all completed forms to:
Mobile Pass Fee
First BRIVO Mobile Pass Link: Free
Additional Mobile Passes: $50 per pass
Maximum of four (4) mobile passes per household
Payment must be received before additional passes will be issued
Account Requirements
Please note that pool access will only be activated for accounts that are:
Current on all HOA assessments
Free of outstanding fees
Free of unresolved compliance violations
If an account is delinquent or has unresolved compliance violations before or after activation, pool access privileges will be suspended until the account is brought back into good standing.
What Happens Next?
Once your completed forms have been received and any applicable payment has been processed:
You will receive an email invitation from the BRIVO system.
Download the BRIVO Mobile Pass App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Accept the invitation within 72 hours to activate your mobile credential.
Use your smartphone to enter the pool gate.
Pool Hours
Daily: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
The pool may be closed during maintenance or inclement weather.
Bathroom Codes remain at 5314.

- Lawn Treatments for $35* per treatment (treatments include fertilizer/pre-emergent & weed control)
- Fire ant control $89* (1 treatment lasts approximately 1 year)
